NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-012480-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Trust
2006-CB9 C-Bass Mortgage Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB9 is Plaintiff and RICHARD COLLASHAW; ANDREA COLLASHAW A/K/A ANDREA J. COLLASHAW; ET AL: are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in Final Judgment dated October 18, 2011, to wit:
