Lot 52, HARVARD ARMS TOWNHOUSES, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the street address of: 1225 Abbey Crescent Lane, Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 22, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
