NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-014604 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Ruth Lubell, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Steve Lubell, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 44, BEACON PLACE EAST UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGS 37 AND 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
