NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10009991CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., is Plaintiff and THOMAS K. KOULERMOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS K. KOULERMOS; COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JANEAN AIKENS, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 28, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 57, 58 AND 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
