NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 23, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09003339CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK DALE DOCHTERMAN, JR., et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of March, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 60, Cypress Park of Tarpon Springs, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page(s) 85 through 88, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
