YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit Number D-6, Mission Hills Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Missions Hills Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3665, Pages 870-931, and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 45-47, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida . With the following street address: 1517 Mission Hills Boulevard, #6D, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before March 25, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
