That certain condominium unit composed of UNIT NUMBER 34, Building 2, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, restrictions, reservations, limitations, conditions, liens, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, as recorded in OR Book 5039, pages 58-126 inclusive, and re-recorded in OR Book 5043, Pages 182-250 inclusive, together with any amendments thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 81-85, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Denise N. Murphy, Esquire, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 531 MAIN STREET, SUITE F, SAFETY HARBOR, FL 34695 on or before March 25, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, f/k/a Gulf Coast Business Review and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
