PETERSBURG, NO. 306, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Pages 95 through 97, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4212, Page(s) 575, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
