Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 19, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 141B, THE OAKS OF NORTHWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS, PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5138, PAGE 832, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2737 ENTERPRISE RD E # 141, CLEARWATER, FL 33759; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
