NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 06, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-002341-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and FADIL TOPALLI; XHEMILE TOPALLI; VALON TOPALLI; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
