GOLDBERG; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS R. GOLDBERG N/K/A DONNA KATAYA; VICKEY BAILEY; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; KESSER FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; BELLE OAK VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
