NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 06, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-000624 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST EMILIO RAMOS, DECEASED; VICTORIA RAMOS-O'LEARY A/K/A VICTORIA RAMOS O'LEARY AS HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF EMILIO RAMOS, DECEASED; ALBERTO A.
