Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated February 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-009965-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and AMY L. COURTNEY, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, Block 16, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT ONE, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 57, 58 and 59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
