Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on February 12, 2013, in Case No. 07-4678-CI-21 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Michael K. Smart a/k/a Michael Smart are defendants, that on March 15, 2013 the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 5 & 6, Oak Ridge Estates 2-Partial Replat, According to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 53 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
