NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-020872, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and DANA L. BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANA L. BROWN N/K/A SCHALEKIA BROWN; CITIBANK(SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PASHEN N. BROWN; LAKESHIA A BRADY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, OF BARRY'S HILLSIDE HOMES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
