NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-004085, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and CATHERINE P. BEURKENS A/K/A CATHERINE PAULA BEURKENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE P. BEURKENS A/K/A CATHERINE PAULA BEURKENS, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 28, BLOCK B, TRANQUIL PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
