NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013849-21, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is Plaintiff and LYNDA D. HENNIS; SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIRST RESOLUTION INVESTMENT CORP. are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM COMPOSED OF BUILDING NUMBER 3, UNIT NUMBER 33 AND UNDIVIDED 2.0974% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS CONDITIONS RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SUNSET GROVE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4081, PAGES 1235 THROUGH 1297 AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 60 THROUGH 67, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
