RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to cancel Foreclosure Sale filed January 03, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007076-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and DOMINIC A. PICCOLO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 3, Block E, DOVER MANOR, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 18 and 19, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Subject to that certain Mortgage of record payable to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ORLANDO. The Grantees herein assume and agree to pay the balance plus interest and escrow as it becomes due.
Subject to restrictions and easements of record. This reference shall not reimpose same.
Subject to taxes for 1978 and subsequent years.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
