Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 18th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-021795-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DAVID GROCHOWSKI, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT P-204, REGENCY GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8476, PAGE 291, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
