Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 12, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
condominium unit 57, building 8, the plaza at millenium, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 8667, page 1664, as amended from time to time, of the public records of oragne county, florida.
and commonly known as: 1900 lake atriums cir #57, orlando, fl 32839; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 19th, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
