Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 14, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 17-191, la costa brava lakeside, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 7567, page 2757, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 758 e michigan st unit 191, orlando, fl 32806; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 11, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
