Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 14, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 172, tanner road, phase 4, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 47, pages 26-27, of the public records of oragne county, florida.
and commonly known as: 3837 shawn circle, orlando, fl 32826; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 11, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
