NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005721-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is Plaintiff and JEAN ST. REMY; EUTIDE ST. REMY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, LAKE MANN ESTATES UNIT NO. TWO, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “Y”, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
