NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011261-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-PR1 TRUST is Plaintiff and GEORGE BIHARI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE BIHARI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; WINTER PARK PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK “D”, WINTER PARK PINES UNIT NUMBER EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
