NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002886-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AMTRUST REO I, LLC is Plaintiff and ADAM D. GOLDFARB A/K/A ADAM GOLDFARB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADAM D. GOLDFARB A/K/A ADAM GOLDFARB; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIGHPOINT CONSTRUCTION, INC. D/B/A HIGHPOINT ROOFING; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 304, IN BUILDING 5, OF SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7827, AT PAGE 2548, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALSO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
