NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-015373 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff and ALEIDA SARDINA; PEDRO SARDINA; AGNES RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STONEBRIDGE VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK P, STONEBRIDGE PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 36 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
