NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 025228 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W2 is Plaintiff and JISLENE ALEXANDRE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JISLENE ALEXANDRE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WEST LAKE UNIT I PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 117, WESTLAKE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
