NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-015078-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DANIEL J. BERGONDY, TRUSTEE UNDER THAT UNRECORDED REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT ENTITLED DANIEL J. BERGONDY REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED NOVEMBER 2, 2001; DANIEL J. BERGONDY; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
