NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-011856 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and OSVALDO FRANKLIN A/K/A OSVALDO J FRANKLIN, AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION DBA AAMES HOME LOAN, GOLFVIEW AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11, PHASE 8, GOLFVIEW AT HUNTER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5834, PAGE 3235, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
