NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-007298 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. F/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-11 is the Plaintiff and PEGGY S. WHEELER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLES E. WHEELER AND PEGGY S. WHEELER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 6/25/92, ADVANTAGE ROOFING, INC., UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE PEGGY S. WHEELER LIVING TRUST, DATED JUNE 27, 2006, PEGGY S. WHEELER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PEGGY S. WHEELER LIVING TRUST, DATED JUNE 27, 2006 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, MALIBU GROVES 11TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 87-88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
