NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013728-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and BRIDGETTE ELLIOTT, COUNTY OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, SECTION TWO, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT A, BUILDING 31, TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE SECTION TWO CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2299, PAGES 43 THROUGH 150, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
