NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-029129-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 28th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
4192 VERSAILLES DRIVE #D, ORLANDO, FL 32808
UNIT NO. 4192D, OF CYPRESS POINT AT LAKE ORLANDO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8825, PAGE 505, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED REFERRED TO MIND SET FORTH SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
