NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010757-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC(1) (1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and EDGAR DAUGHERTY; STEVEN MAY A/K/A STEVEN N. MAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION SPECIALISTS-UPTOWN, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY A DISSOLVED CORP.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
