Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 21, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 67, TIVOLI WOODS VILLAGE B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 74, THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4900 CYRILLA LN, ORLANDO, FL 32829; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 18, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
