Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 21, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
condominium unit no. 5-5026, of the grande downtown orlando, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 7700, at page 1007, and all amendments thereto, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 304 e south st unit 5026, orlando, fl 32801; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 18, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
