Unit Week 49 in Unit 2228, an Even Biennial Unit Week, VISTANA CASCADES CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Cascades Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 5312, Page 2312, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
