NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem), entered on February 27, 2013, as to the Counts in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County, Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse by Electronic Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 20, 2013, the following described properties:

AS TO COUNT XII - ROBERT M POLANCO AKA ROBERT POLANCO & KELLIEN POLANCO
Unit Week 14 in Unit 04501, an Annual Unit Week AND Unit Week 23 in Unit 05205, an Annual Unit Week, BELLA FLORIDA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Bella Florida Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 6222, Page 1987, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
