NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-024173, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 is the Plaintiff and YOAN BLANCO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

from the northwest corner of section 18, township 22 south, range 32 east, run north 88º34'43” east, 1156.38 feet along the north boundary of the northwest 1/4 of said section 18 to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of tanner road, said point being south 29º29'59” east, 789.24 feet from the intersection of the said westerly right-of-way line of tanner road and the southerly right-of-way line of said #420; run thence south 29º29'59” east 260.76 feet along said westerly right-of-way line of tanner road for the point of beginning; thence continue south 29º29'59” east, 15.00 feet along said westerly right-of-way line; run thence south 60º30'01” west 933.70 feet; fun thence south 29º29'59” east 625.00 feet; run thence south 60º30'01” west, 285.34 feet; run thence north 29º29'59” west, 640.00 feet; run thence north 60º30'01” east, 1219.04 feet to the point of beginning, lying and being situate in orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
