NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-035535 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE BANK ALT-A SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT FOX, ATLANTIC BUILDING MATERIALS, INC, M J S CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC F/K/A MJ & SONS CO INC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC, PARKVIEW VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., RT TANNER HOMES, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT FOX, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and VICKI B. WHITMAN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 118 IN BUILDING 3014 OF PARKVIEW VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECIRDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8509, AT PAGE 4609, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
