NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002591 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR1 is the Plaintiff and HERIBERTO MARTE, ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHBROOKE CONDOMINIUM III, INC. C/O LELAND MANAGEMENT , R.A., SOUTHBROOKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. C/O LELAND MANAGEMENT , R.A., JACQUIE D. MARTE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLIVE B. MASON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)N/K/A SUSAN FORTIN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1201, SOUTHBROOKE CONDOMINIUM III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3657, PAGES 1055 THROUGH 1182, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
