NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 15, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-035873-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff and COBY STONECYPHER A/K/A COBY WAYNE STONECYPHER COBY STONECYPHER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COBY STONECYPHER A/K/A COBY WAYNE STONECYPHER, ATLANTIS INVESTMENT, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block Z, Christmas Park 1st Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book Y, Page 44, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with a 1998 Pion Mobile Home, ID #PH2618GA3589A and PH2618GA3589B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
