CARBY, MICHAEL J. AIKEN JR, AQUA FINANCE, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, in Block F, of PINE HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 11, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book T, at Page(s) 99 and 100, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
