NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001885 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR7 TRUST1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and JOAN VENEZIALE; CARMEN VENEZIALE; RBC BANK (USA) SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COMMUNITY BANK OF NAPLES, NA; TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION I, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT B-5, TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 881, PAGES 1732 THROUGH 1814, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
