I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 23 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 4 OF BROOKSHIRE VILLAGE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE(S) 83 THROUGH 89, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
