Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 11, 2012, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of his authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 2, Block A, SYLVAN OAKS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 85-90, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida,
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 24, 2013, beginning at 11:00 A.M., online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
