NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003020 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-5CB is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO SANCHEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III; TENANT #1 N/K/A REYNALDA RODRIQUEZ are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST ONE-HALF OF TRACT 17, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO, 79, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
