NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 6, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 2007-CA-10176 DIVT, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY abs capital i inc. trust 2006-wmc2 is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE GALINDO AKA JOSE ORLANDO GALINDO; LAURETTA ALANA GALINDO A/K/A LAURETTA A. GALINDO; MOODY RIVER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; MOODY RIVER ESTATES SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell on 23 day of January, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, OF MOODY RIVER ESTATES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 92 AND 93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
