CRIMMEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BLAIR J. CRIMMEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIRANO AT NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID GIPSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A EMILY GIPSON are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 66, FIRANO AT NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
