Lot 15 and 16, Block 180, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 14, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 9A through 9Q, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on MARCH 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
