SORRENTO; MARY JO SORRENTO; COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; LAKE BARRINGTON 4C CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. (INACTIVE); LAKE BARRINGTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB, INC. FKA NAPLES COUNTRY CLUB, INC; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 206, BUILDING 06, LAKE BARRINGTON 4C, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3128, PAGE 2614, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3128, PAGE 2614, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
